This time the varieties are petite puyo red and yellow.

Petit Puyo is a very thin-skinned variety with a high sugar content, a strong tomato flavour and a great taste.

The skin is so thin that the moment you put it in your mouth, it is full of juice and has a squishy texture, more like a fruit than a vegetable.

It has a strong lustre and a good appearance. It is delicious on its own, but it is also very good with richer dishes such as caprese.
