On November 3, Culture Day, second-year students from Oita Prefectural Oita Toyofu High School on a school trip came to our Sagamihara Farm for an SDG study tour.
Six high school students focused on the SDGs "Zero Hunger. Among various companies, they were interested in our "production technology and system for nutritious crops," so we talked about our unique technology and the development and research we are currently working on.
We also introduced "Space Tomatoes" to the students, who were eagerly taking notes on the unexpected connection with JAXA. We hope that this will help them to think about the future in various ways.
